Tarragon Gin Lemonade exists on a higher plane than other gin and lemon cocktails. Its slight anise flavor enhances the lemon and highlights the herbaceous tones of the gin. Add in a bit of Elderflower and the result is a bright, crisp cocktail that is perfect for a hot summer’s evening!~By Wet Whistle Drinks by Darla Bentley
